Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Management and Staff of Ministry of Works and Fire Service, I join millions of your admirers and enthusiasts of your A.R.I.S.E Agenda to felicitate you on your impactful 365 days in office.


It is 365 happy cheers to a man who has simplified governance, whose word is his bond and a servant leader in words and  deeds, with his supportive Deputy, Her Excellency, Senator Akon Eyakenyi.

 


In just one year, you have taken daring steps at rural development through your "one project per local government" initiative, taking developmental projects to communities that never experienced government presence. You have spread economic empowerment like never before and  undertaken interventions in the areas of roads and other infrastructural development, especially, rescuing communities from erosion menace.



Infrastructural Advancement, Education, Agriculture and other sectors of the economy have already found their expression in the A.R.I.S.E Agenda of your administration.


Here is a hearty salute to you for providing exceptional leadership to Akwa Ibom people, while we pray God to grant you and your worthy Deputy, the needed strength, courage and more wisdom for the benefit of the state in  the years ahead.

JUST IN: NAFDAC CONDEMNS STORAGE OF FOOD IN REFRIGERATORS

Against the popular age long practice of storing cooked food in refrigerators for days and weeks by Nigerians, the Director General of the National Agency for Food and Administration and Control, NAFDAC has urged Nigerians to refrain from storing cooked food in the refrigerator for more than three days. Professor Moji Adeyeye the DG of NAFDAC  warned that cooked food stored in the refrigerator for days is susceptible to contamination by disease-causing pathogens, key agents of foodborne diseases that can lead to death. SKIT MAKERS NOW TO WAIT FOR FG APPROVAL BEFORE RELEASING SKITS

Skit makers now risk arrest if they release their skits or contents without the approval of the relevant government agency. This announcement might be shocking to the industry players but that is the reality and regulations. The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) announced plans to arrest skitmakers releasing online content without approval. The board, led by Shaibu Husseini, issued a social media statement warning filmmakers and content creators to stop producing, promoting, and distributing unapproved content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
