Governor Godwin Obaseki seems to be the answer to the prayers of Edo people as he continues to remain in the news for inaugurating or completing abandoned developmental projects in his state.
Currently he is on the move to complete and commission a state of the art Secretariat project initiated 40years ago in the state and abandoned by successive administrations before him.
According to the governor, the project is undertaken as part of the administration objectives to transform the civil service in the state and will be the best in the Niger Delta region when completed.
He said recently during Inspection that “this project was initiated by the Samuel Ogbemudia administration as block C and D. We have completed block C and block D is on ongoing at finishing level.
“The secretariat building will be the best in the Niger delta region.
It’s equip with constant electricity supply, market, creche for nursing mothers, supermarket, conference halls, civic centre and so on”
